4200	Group purchase owner repayment

This account is to reconcile owners repaying the Association for buying products or service purchased by the Association at discounted prices (group purchasing).

Examples of group purchases include the purchase of flowers, shrubs, and labor on community planting weekends or painting exterior repairs (such as garage door painting) during the annual paint project.

Group purchases made for owners are coded as Group Purchase expenses and the should reconcile with the Group Purchase Payments.
