09	Lampposts and Exterior Lighting

Lampposts should be stable, 82” high (at peak of fixture), and powered 365 days a year.

The Association will provide the light bulb and repair any broken electric eyes to ensure lights turn on at dusk and off at dawn via a light sensor.

The lamp heads are made by Craftmade, part number Z695-05. The heads are not stocked locally, but can be purchased online. Matching porch fixtures are available.

Spotlights in the eves and motion sensor lights are prohibited on building fronts.
