Change to a new contemporary color (Toasty)

Option E
Change to a conventional builder's beige (Sands of Time).
Note: Will require 2 coats to cover the first time we paint it - higher cost to apply innitailly. Lighter shades do not work well with dark brown window bars and will show more of the siding and trim surface flaws. Trim in Portabello.
