Establishing a Dedicated Emergency Reserve

Set aside $17,000 as an emergency reserve that CAN ONLY BE USED FOR EMERGENCIES.

Note: The Association does not currently have a dedicated emergency reserve. It is recommended that a reserve be set up and initially funded with $17,000 of unspent paint funds to be set aside in a separate account for emergency use only. Additional funds will need to be collected to fund future painting.
