Common Property Fences Painted to New Standard
The exit alley walls have been painted and sealed to slow the surface erosion and cover up the stains. The wall was painted Fox Black - the same color as specified for all wooden fences in the community in the architectural design specifications. The Association is continuing to monitor the tilting of the wall.
In addition, the Association painted all others common property fences FoxBlack. For the wood fences, the Association used SWF Solid (Akzo Nobel Stain) which has a 15 year guarantee. This product is a "solid" stain and will extend the fence life and minimize repairs.
