The exterior repair approval process is intended to be a helpful process of avoiding architectural violations before they occur and to encourage practices that we all voted on as neighbors. The board's role is mostly to communicate the standards and to help owners follow them. Most architectural compliance violations in the past were innocent and the owners would have handled their repairs differently if they had the right information.

he/she may arrange a personal meeting to discuss the matter.
